The latest Beta is mostly a clean-up release. We have been focusing on both accommodating your most requested new features and making sure things work the way they should.

A few highlights are:

  • Loading speed improvements
  • Improved compatibility with Internet Explorer 7 and 8
  • A new “My Documents” widget has been added to the Home page
  • Improved the listing pictures interface, it’s now much easier to preview and manage images.

There were also several improvements to what happens behind the scenes, but there is no need to bore you with that :) .

A new release with some very useful features is just around the corner. You will be the first to know when it’s released.

We’re happy to announce that we have released our 5th Beta. We are very excited by all the feedback we have been receiving and our goal has been to incorporate as many of your requests as we can during this phase.

What’s new?

New additions: Based on your feedback, we have improved many areas in the application so that it behaves the way you expect it.

  • New way of submitting sales: We understand how valuable a Real Estate Agent’s time is. Submitting a sale to the office is now even quicker and easier with the introduction of the new Simplified Transaction Submission Document.

  • PDF and Printable sales: You now have a new way to read, review or archive your office sales. If you would like to print a complete summary of a sale or simply keep a copy in your computer for archival, you can do so by downloading it directly as a PDF file.

Functionality improvements: We have been listening to your feedback. Several minor updates and improvements have been released with this version. We will continue improving Connect! 2.0. We appreciate your support and look forward to hearing your comments and ideas.

We have just released our 4th Beta. We are excited to be getting so much quality feedback.

What’s been keeping us busy?

Issues resolved: We have resolved a lot of the issues that you reported to us. The following are some of the items that were addressed:

  • Excessive import delay when importing Listings and Sales into RealBroker has been addressed. For details please refer to the first Item under “New Features” below.
  • Conditions and Condition Status, “Done” now flow between RealBroker and Connect! correctly in both directions. As seen in the Details Sales Page for the exported RealBroker Sale.
  • Resolved the problem with the Sale Number not importing into RealBroker correctly in some cases.
  • Resolved the “Invalid Date/Time” format error when importing Sales from Connect.
  • Corrected the “Invalid Property type code in sale” error displayed in RealBroker when importing sales.
  • Fixed issue pertaining to the notes for shared contacts. Notes added by the person sharing the contacts are added to the contact and only available to the Contact owner under the “My Notes” area.

Issues resolved: A lot of efforts have been put in correcting issues in order to make your Connect! experience smoother and more enjoyable. However, we’ve not forgotten about the features and improvements you have requested.

  • Office News Feature fully implemented. Your Admin staff can now post news for all or specific staff groups to see.Office News
  • RealBroker + Connect! Auto-Sync Integration between your back-office accounting (RealBroker) and Connect! has never been so seamless. No need to go through the import/export process. RealBroker will automatically update Connect! when data changes and vice-versa.RealBroker Auto Sync
  • E-mail notifications Your office admin staff will always be up to date when sales are submitted. An email notification will be sent to them when a Sale is submitted or modified in Connect!.

  • PDF Sale Submission Your agents can now submit sales from a customizable PDF deal sheet. This is a new, simpler way to submit sales to the office electronically and completely integrated with both Connect! and RealBroker.Pdf
  • Document Submission Approval Connect! makes it very easy to receive documents electronically from Agents or third parties. Our new Fax / Email Inbox and Direct Upload Documents systems allow your admin staff to quickly receive, approve and sort any documents that arrive into the system.
