Opening for: Customer Service Representative

We are searching for a new member to join our team. The ideal candidate should have:

• A strong working knowledge of full cycle accounting.
• Excellent customer service and telephone skills are crucial.
• Solid (but basic) computer & software knowledge.

Job function is assisting our clients via our in-house ticketing system, emails, and phone calls for our conveyance/accounting program.

RealBroker / Brewin Software knowledge would be an asset, but not essential.
