Here are some features of the new RealBroker5 that you may not have known:

  1. Each commission plan can have its own setups now for Commissions and Fees.
  2. Each office can have its own chart of accounts.
  3. Frequently used reports: You can setup “common reports” for the reports you run each month or day.
  4. Administrator’s check list:  You can set up your “to-do-list” for each sale and eliminate the need for paper.
  5. Searching for Sales by Agent:  Now “Agents” can be searched when looking up sales.
